مستهلك:

بطلان: Coadministration مع مثبطات قوية من CYP450 3A4 قد يزيد بشكل كبير من تركيزات البلازما و التأثيرات الدوائية عن طريق الفم الميدازولام و والتريازولام, التي تخضع المعوية (الأولى-تمر) و عملية التمثيل الغذائي في الكبد قبل إيزوزيم. تصل إلى 3 أضعاف الزيادات في ذروة تركيز البلازما (كم) 5 - إلى 10 أضعاف زيادة في التعرض المنهجي (AUC) تم الإبلاغ عن طريق الفم الميدازولام خلال coadministration مع امكانات CYP450 3A4 مثبطات مثل ريتونافير, البوسيبريفير, telaprevir, الايتراكونازول, و الكيتوكونازول. وبالمثل يصل إلى 3 أضعاف زيادة في كم و 14 إلى 22 أضعاف زيادة في / أوك / لوحظت تريازولام خلال coadministration مع هذه العوامل. التفاعل يحدث أيضا مع الوريد الميدازولام, ولكن بدرجة أقل, مع زيادات من 2.5 إلى 5 أضعاف في الجامعة الأمريكية بالقاهرة ذكرت.
